A couple of things to note:
-This is a Victorian house so the stairs are steep. There is one bedroom and one full bathroom on the 1st floor for anyone with mobility issues.
-Dogs are only allowed with prior consent from host. An agreement to dog rules and non-refundable dog fee will be requested of you! Please mention you will be bringing a dog when you booking with us. No cats, please!
-There is a $30/ night charge for an additional people over 7.
-There is a tandem spot that fits two cars
We have another 1 bedroom Carriage Haus that sleeps 3 that is on the same property. Both units are great for wedding parties & friend & family get togethers!

The home's original 1890s staircase has a lower-than-modern clearance. Taller guests should duck slightly at the landing.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior notice. A $50 pet fee applies per stay. Cats and other pets are not accommodated.
Hosting more than 7? The Carriage Haus is available next door for up to 3 additional guests. Book both for the full Moonrise experience.
One tandem driveway space is included, accommodating up to 2 cars end-to-end. Street parking is free and plentiful in the neighborhood.
