Living room & dining room are perfect for hanging out with family & friends. Fully stocked kitchen & 2 full bathrooms. There is a porch to hang out on & watch the world go by!

Modern Victorian is how we like to describe our house. A lot of love has gone into designing this house!
We have a cozy natural gas fireplace in the living room to curl up by!
We also have central air: a/c for those hot summer nights and heat for the cool winter nights
Guest access: You will have access to the entire 3 bedroom house, front porch, and the backyard.
The backyard is shared with another house 1 bedroom on the property.

Dogs are allowed w/ PRIOR agreement to dog rules. A non-refundable dog fee will be requested when booking. We will email you the pet rules and ask that you read through and acknowledging the rules. No cats, please!
Please note that the house has steep stairs to get to the top two bedrooms. There is a bathroom and bedroom (queen bed) on the ground floor for anyone with mobility issues!
We have another 1 bedroom Carriage House that sleeps 4 that is on the same property. Great for wedding parties & friend & family get togethers!
DISCLAIMER- Because wildfires are foreseeable risks in this area, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided for fire-related issues (including smoke (air quality), fire bans, or fear of travel) unless a mandatory government evacuation order prevents access. Guests are advised to purchase travel insurance if smoke from fires is a concern!

The home's original 1890s staircase is steep and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior notice. A $50 pet fee applies per stay. Cats and other pets are not accommodated.
Hosting more than 7? The Carriage Haus is available next door for 3–4 additional guests. Book both for the full Moonrise experience.
One tandem driveway space is included, accommodating two to three cars end-to-end. Street parking is free and plentiful in the neighborhood.
